### 14-Day Return Window

You can return most unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

### Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective out of the box or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

### How to Process a Return

  2. Wait for our team to approve the return and provide instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Drop off the package or wait for our courier pickup \(depending on the return type\).

### Refunds
